See your counselor and pay for sessions as you normally would.

CHOOSING A PROVIDER
TWO WAYS TO FIND THE RIGHT FIT.
The subsidy covers licensed counselors, therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Coaches, mentors, general physicians, and other practitioners without an active state mental health license aren’t covered.

Your application and your identity stay completely confidential. Once you’re approved, the subsidy can be used one time, within six months of your approval.
